Now comes to the recruitment criteria which covers direct recruitment and deputation basis methods. In direct recruitment, one has to pass in competitive exam & face to face round. On the other hand, in deputation basis, engagement is done through promotion from one duty to another.

Eligibility Criteria:-
Eligibility may differ for each post. In the case of freshers, the age limit usually from 18 to 30 years. Relaxation in this age limit given to the SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates. On the other hand, in the case of an experience-based job, the age limit exceed to 50 or 60 years.
